On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, MFT Runtime Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Storage issue every day filling up 2-4 TB files in /appl/MFT/storage today it reached 17 TB consumes all space.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
MFT Payload Storage Directory not to use all allocated storage
