Symptoms

When configuring SAML2 authentication for a Third Party IDP and WebCenter Content SP, Post http://<HOSTNAME>:<WCC_PORT>/saml2/sp/acs/post returns 404 Not Found during the authentication request.
After adding following java startup option to enable debug settings, managed server log shows "getServiceTypeFromURI(): request URI is not a service URI" message.
