Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Content Server

When attempting to import an archive,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Import error for archive '[ARCHIVE_NAME]' in collection '[COLLECTION_NAME]': Unable to execute service INSERT_NEW and fnction addFiles.
The storage rule '[FSP_RULE_NAME]' is not defined or misconfigured.

followed by stack trace
!csFsStorageRuleMissing, JdbcFileStorage


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Export archive from source machine
2. Import archive from step 1 into target machine
3. Observe error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, admin users cannot archive in content.
