Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Content Server newly checked-in content items are not searchable.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The execution of the Collection Rebuild Cycle (CRC) is not possible every time, so the newly checked-in contents are not searchable
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The newly checked in content items should be searchable immediately.

1. Try to search for a content item immediately after check in
