Base64 encoded text(in .eml file) was not displayed/converted correctly by OIT (Doc ID 3028250.1)

Symptoms


- EML file contains base64 encoded text .  But, OIT cannot decode it and loading content as it is with base64 encoded text.

- Extract text from .eml files(containing base64 encoded text) using casample application. Encoded text(VGVzdGluZw==) was extracted. OIT was unable to extract decode text(Testing).

    Example:

         encoded: VGVzdGluZw==

         decode  : Testing

 

- This issue exists on OIT 'Content Access, Viewer and Export SDK's' with 8.5.7 Bundle Patch 2.
