ERR_CONNECTION_RESET While Running a Report Using URL (Doc ID 3029050.1)

Symptoms

While running a report using url that contains specific parameters, the error ERR_CONNECTION_RESET is encountered (This site can't be reached. The connection was reset)

For example, the url might have the following format:
http://hostname:port/reports/rwservlet?usr&report=C:\Temp\reportname.rdf&destype=cache&desformat=PDF

The url above raise error ERR_CONNECTION_RESET but when changing the report parameter from C:\Temp\reportname.rdf to D:\Temp \reportname.rdf it executes successfully.
