Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Fabric

SOA 12c Cross Component Wiring Doesn't Update To Using T3S Cluster Connections When Only SSL Is Enabled After Server Restart

When trying to use SSL only in EM, the Cross Component Wiring gets reset to t3://<cluster> (non SSL) after restarting the Admin server.
