OID was upgraded from 11.1.1.9 to 12.2.1.4 ( In -Place Upgrade )

OID Components configured for Server Auth Mode and everything was working fine before the upgrade

After the upgrade, ldapbind on SSL port fails with "Unable to open wallet" error

ldapbind -h <hostname> -p <SSL_port> -U 2 -W "file:/<wallet_folder>" -P <wallet_password>
