[OIG] AOB DBAT Connector Locking the Target System Database Account. (Doc ID 3030155.1)

Symptoms

When a user is working with the DBAT AOB application in the self-service console, the database account configured in the DBAT connector gets locked.
The following message is output to the log, and it seems that authentication is being done periodically with an incorrect password.
