How to use deleteMetadata to clean folder contents in UI MDS (Doc ID 3030176.1)

Goal

 Customer has accidentally imported in UI MDS a backup of the same UI MDS and they currently have a folder structure like :

..where in UI_metaData_Prod_bkp_29may24_changed they have all MDS files and folders. Their goal is to delete the bkp folder and all the files it contains.
