Symptoms

Using WebCenter Forms Recognition 12.2.1.4.0.  Everything seems to be working as expected until it gets to the point of configuring an RTS instance to use a database defined job.  When clicking the "Use database" checkbox, the "Select Job" drop-down is disabled.  This is a new WFR server created as a Disaster Recovery instance. The WFR database is a copy of the original PROD database.  In the RTS instance log the following error is returned:

Failed to connect to database Job 'Test'. Description: Connection to the job failed. Invalid username or password
