While running the below command to DB client to 19c in a standalone OHS on RHEL9/OEL9, it fails during prerequisite check as below:

./fmw_12.2.1.19.0_dbclient_linux64.bin -invPtrLoc $ORACLE_HOME/oraInst.loc -silent ORACLE_HOME=$ORACLE_HOME
