Need clarification on what the accessibility settings in the Trinidad-config.xml for Oracle ADF Faces does to change the application for a screen reader and Section 508:

<accessibility-mode>screenReader</accessibility-mode>
<accessibility-profile>high-contrast large-fonts</accessibility-profile>
