Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.3 version, Configuration
OUD Proxy Extension created for AD backend is down with
Error "Unable to create an SSL connection to the server because the connection factory has not been initialized"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. AD certificates(Root, Inter, User certs etc) are imported into the keystore successfully.
2. By default for the OUD Proxy LDAP Extension created for AD shows the path as config/keystore in below Cause section of this note , which mean this path is accessible from the <OUD_PROXY_INSTANCE>/OUD/config path .
3. But OUD debug enabled "debug" log file and error.log log file shows below errors which says the keystore path is not correct or accessible:
