Symptoms

After applying JAN OIG SPB 2024, the SOA webservices calls are broken.
As per SOA team, this is a known issue and a solution is mentioned in the doc ID 3003994.1, along with applying the MLR patch 36465654.
The action plan resolves the issue with SOA webservices, but OIG SSL calls are still broken.
