Symptoms

SQLPLUS is failing after install.
Trying to run sqlplus after install fails with the following error:

$ sqlplus
/usr/lib/pa20_64/dld.sl: Unable to find library 'libclntsh.sl.10.1'.
Memory fault(coredump)
