Connection to OTD HTTPS port Fails Using Edge and Chrome Browser (Doc ID 3039098.1)

Symptoms

After updating the Edge and Chrome browser to latest version, accessing the Application via  OTD HTTPS port shows "ERR_TIMED_OUT" error displayed on client side.

The following message noticed in the OTD server TRACE log file at the time of  issue :
