OAA MFA Factor Page Not Displayed After User Authentication (Doc ID 3039355.1)

Auto create user preference/factor does not work in Jan 2024 release ( oaa-12.2.1.4.1-20240131 version).

This use case works fine in OAA Sep 2023 (12.2.1.4.1 20230912) and earlier release.

Use case:

1. OAM integrate with OAA
2. Auto create is enabled at OAA

Workaround

Add a dummy factor , example KBA via spui console for this user.
Then execute the use case , OMA and email factor is auto created.
