EM slowness for all SOA pages

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, FMW Control
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
We are experiencing EM slowness for all SOA pages
The following steps can be used to reproduce:
- Login to EM
- Go to Deployed Composites
- Filter by name
- In the filtered list select a composite
- Testing the Web Service is successful
- Going back to Deployed Composites is very slow, in the range of minutes
Also, there are entries in the Admin server logs with stuck threads for this operation:
<[STUCK] ExecuteThread: '57' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)' has been busy for "700" seconds working on the request "Http Request Information: weblogic.servlet.internal.ServletRequestImpl@491ce027[POST /em/ai/sca/partition/partitionHome.jspx
", which is more than the configured time (StuckThreadMaxTime) of "600" seconds in "server-failure-trigger". Stack trace:
sun.misc.Unsafe.park(Native Method)
java.util.concurrent.locks.LockSupport.park(LockSupport.java:175)
