OTD Health Check Fails to Connect Through SSL to Network Load Balancer Configured as Origin Server (Doc ID 3039433.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Traffic Director configured  to connect to an A10 load balancer as the Origin Server pool and network LB configure to connect to other SOA Application Server.
SSL/TLS enabled in Origin Server pools and imported required Origin Server certificates configured with  A10 LB to OTD configuration.

The Health Check to Origin Server fails with following message :
