"Svn: E200015: Authentication Cancelled" Error in Sql Developer Data Modeler (Doc ID 3040085.1)

Symptoms

After performing the below , error "E200015" is received at step 16.

1) Press "+" on Subversion;
2) Press the "+" button on the common domain to follow the hierarchy of directories and view the directory to be modified;
3) Right-click the third tier directory we want to enter. Select "checkout";
4) Specify the directory name to save the download file in the destination field and press OK;
5) Press the "+" button of the business name to be entered. Follow the directory hierarchy and view the directory we want to modify;
6) Right-click the fifth tier directory users want to enter. Select "checkout";
7) Specify the directory name to save in the destination field and press OK;
8) Choose "File" "Open";
9) Select ".dmd" created in 7) and press "Open";
10) Check "Relational" and "Physical" and press OK;
11) Choose "File" "Import" "Domain";
12) Press "Open Domain File" button. Open "Common Domains" and "domains" under the common domain storage location specified in 4), select ".xml" file, and press "Open";
13) Verify that the domain being imported to the "Import Domain" screen appears and press "Import"
14) Right-click the name of the business to be saved from the "Version", select "Properties";
15) Choose "File" "Save";
16) Select "Team" "Commit".
