On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, Deployment

Undeploy or disable web service from a SOA composite application

I have been asked to undeploy a service from a deployed composite application. The composite application must remain active and it has other services as well.
Can I undeploy only the specific service or do I have to disabled it? If I have to disable it only, please provide the steps to disable it. I have navigated to the properties of the service that I need to disable or undeploy.
