Oracle HTTP Server fails to start with below mentioned error:

The same error is observed when invoking WLST script as well from using $ORACLE_HOME/oracle_common/common/bin/wlst.sh

This is also seen when executing the command "emctl status oms -details" command in Cloud Control.
