Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Technology Adapters

 Using JMS Distributed Topics Messages are processed twice in a 2 node servers in a SOA Cluster.

Some of our SOA services which involve consuming messages from JMS topic started getting triggered twice for the same message.
This is causing duplicate business messages (quotes, PO, POStatus) processing.
