Mapping Execution "Error when calling generation delegate for component KM XKM Oracle Lookup: Index: 0, Size: 0" After Upgrade to 12.2.1.4 (Doc ID 3041342.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.0.0 to ODI 12.2.1.4.x, mappings that were executing successfully now report the following error message:

The error reports that the Lookup component is encountering a problem.

Setting the Lookup to match "All Rows" results in removal of the error message, however, this may not satisfy the requirements.

This can also occur when importing individual mappings from ODI 12.2.1 into 12.2.1.4.
