Symptoms

Connection TimeOuts at data source during JMS Message processing and connection leak issues in Datasources connecting to AQ

The slowness is happening when dequeing from AQ:
Old 12.2.1.3 Domain OSB writes to AQ (the write operation is ok) -> new Domain 12 2.1.4 is reading from the same AQ (slow read- slow dequeue )
Slow dequeue - around 20 seconds delay to dequeue a message
This issue does not happen for a particular flow - it seems to be a general problem with dequeue AQ
