Large Publish Fails Due to Timeout (Doc ID 3041644.1)

Symptoms

Publish is failing due to timeout when publishing a large number of assets.

The following error can be seen in the Sites.log:

[wcsites_server1] [ERROR] [] [oracle.wcsites.xcelerate.messaging] [tid: 192] [userId: <anonymous>] [ecid: <ecid>] [APP: sites-samples] [partition-name: DOMAIN] [tenant-name: GLOBAL] Publishing session <pubsession_id> did not receive any updates in 100sec and is presumed crashed.

When publishing a small amount of assets, the publish completes successfully.
