Symptoms
Forms 12.2.1.19.0 was successfully installed on a Windows server which also has a Forms 12.2.1.4.0 installation. When users attempt to access the Forms 12.2.1.19.0 application, the following error is being encountered.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Forms 12.2.1.19.0 on a server which also has Forms 12.2.1.4.0.
2. Open a web browser.
3. Access the url for the Forms 12.2.1.19.0 application.
Changes
Installed the new version of Forms on the same server which still has the older version.
