Font Change In Client Machine Having System Locale as Chinese Simplified China (Doc ID 3041897.1)

Goal

While executing the Forms URL with default system locale (English), the output of form is :

But the same form when executed in another client machine which has the following system locale settings

1. Goto settings --> Time and Language --> Language and region --> Administrative Language settings ----> Administrative Tab --> Change system locale --> Current system locale (drop down) -- Select Simplified Chinese

And

2. Goto settings --> Time and Language --> Language and Region --> Add a language -->Chinese Simplified China

displays different font :

How to make both outputs, displayed in same Font ?
