"Revision entry for dID = [dID] is not found in the search index." IdcAnalyze Error While Checking the ElasticSearch Index (Doc ID 3043703.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Content Server configured with ElasticSearch

When attempting to execute "IdcAnalyze -index" the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Revision entry for dID = 12345 is not found in the search index.
Revision entry for dID = 12346 is not found in the search index.
...


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the IdcAnalyzer.
2. Logs show errors like the following:
"Revision entry for dID = <dID> is not found in the search index."
3. Check Revisions table and Idctext1 table. The <dID> exists in both.
4. Search for the content item via content server UI. This works without issue.
5. Run cleanup.sh to resolve the Analyzer error.
6. Run the analyzer again. Same error occurs:
"Revision entry for dID = <dID> is not found in the search index."

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot fix the index errors.
