Oracle HTTP Server on Unix - "Permission denied: make_sock: could not bind to port 80" (Doc ID 304465.1)

Symptoms

The Listen directive in the file httpd.conf was set to the value 80.

After restarting the Oracle HTTP Server (OHS), the error was logged in the error_log file:
