Getting SSL Handshake_failure When Logging Into BPM Workspace After Renewing Democert (Doc ID 3044718.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version,

getting SSL handshake_failure when logging into BPM workspace after renewing demo security certificates



Renewed the demo certificate from SOA 12.2.1.4.0 domain using the following oracle document:

Follow steps in How to Renew Expired OPSS DemoIdentity Certificates Using WLST Command Line Note 2678302.1

After this operation , when trying to log into BPM workspace using:

https://<Frontend Host>/bpm/workspace

get the following error in SOA diagnostic log:

weblogic [ecid: 006895x6PwM7i4L5QRXBid0001YF0000yY,0:1] [APP: OracleBPMWorkspace] [partition-name: DOMAIN] [tenant-name: GLOBAL] [DSID: 0000P6DgF_KFo2L5QRWByd1an3Ji000001] SOAPException caused for request:. Response:Message send failed: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure


Changes
