Indexing Documents Failed After Applying OIT OPatch To WCC Environment On Windows (Doc ID 3045870.1)

Symptoms

I built an Oracle WebCenter Content (WCC) environment on Windows and it has worked.
However, after applying the latest OIT OPatch (Bundle Patch to update Oracle Outside In libraries) listed in <Document 2192879.1>, fulltext indexing of binary documents (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PDF, ...) fails due to failure in TextExport task.

 

Changes

Apply the latest OIT OPatch (Patch 36189465 (OUTSIDE IN TECHNOLOGY 8.5.7 for WCC 12.2.1.X.0 Opatch #1 - Jan 2024) and later)
