Symptoms

In an OAuth 2-legged or 3-legged flow using a single OAuth Resource linked to the OAuth Client audience claim contains also the authorization server. This breaks integration with other products that do not support more than one audience defined in a JWT token.

For example AWS is throwing error: "Token audience contains more than one audience while authorized party is not present".

Steps to reproduce

1. Generate access token with grant type client credentials or password
