Converting Documents To PDF In IBR Failed After Applying OIT OPatch To WCC Environment On Windows (Doc ID 3046499.1)

Symptoms

 I built an Oracle WebCenter Content (WCC) environment on Windows and it has worked.
However, after applying the latest OIT OPatch (Bundle Patch to update Oracle Outside In libraries) listed in <Document 2192879.1>, converting documents to PDF format in IBR fails.

 

 

Changes

Apply the latest OIT OPatch (Patch 36189465 (OUTSIDE IN TECHNOLOGY 8.5.7 for WCC 12.2.1.X.0 Opatch #1 - Jan 2024) and later)
