Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.4 version, Install and Config
OAAM registered SMS factor not picked during first OAA login flow
Doc states that in a environment transitioned from OAAM, the fields end-user's Email, SMS and KBA questions from OAAM are picked up by OAA. No changes are required.
So without OAM flow, existing factors in OAAM DB must be picked up by OAA.
This is not happening. When users log into SPUI, they see all factors except SMS that were available in OAAM.
Use case:
1. This environment which was Transitioned from OAAM to OAA. User have SMS, KBA and Email factors Registered in OAAM and working.
2. Login to SPUI console. SMS Factor not listed.
