Identity Manager Connector: User Provisioning To Active Directory (AD) Target System Is Getting Failed With "Access Denied" Exception In OIM (Doc ID 3047179.1)

Symptoms

While trying to provision user to Active Directory (AD) target system, User provisioning is getting failed with "Access Denied" Exception and Create User task is getting rejected.

Note: The issue persists even after granting the OIM's AD service account rights provided as per below AD connector document and removing LDAPHostname and BDCHostName.
