After Upgrade to SOA 12..2.1.4 Audit Trail Was Not Available for Some Flows in EM (Doc ID 3047451.1)

Symptoms

After SOA environment was successfully upgraded from version 11.1.1.7 to 12.2.1.4, it was found that, for some of the flows, audit trail does not display in EM and the following error is logged by the AdminServer:

So the highlighted row for 'entry' element is not correctly formatted from XML point of view and this is the cause of the parsing error.

The audit trail for the 12c problematic flows were accessible in SOA 11g environment.

Upgrade from SOA 11.1.1.7 to 12.2.1.4
