Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, OSB Core Functionality

OSB Servers stopped processing requests for 10 mins in 4 difference instances:


July 3rd 12:42PM to 12:53PM
July 8th 17:19PM 17:39PM
July 15th 11:56AM to 12:07PM
July 19th 15:46AM to 16:01PM

- When ever this happens the issue lasts for 10 mins and things go back to normal

- Currently things are normal, but they want to find root cause.

Not a single error, there are several others.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot rely on the OSB Services
