Symptoms

WebLogic Managed Server instance hosted on a physical computer cannot be started using the WebLogic Administration Console.
The WebLogic Administration Console displays an error indicating the Node Manager associated with the host computer is unreachable.
This issue prevents remote management of WebLogic Managed Server instance, impacting business operations.
