404 Not Found Error For an Application Deployed to a Newly Created Managed Server (Doc ID 3048824.1)

'404 Not Found' error is displayed when trying to access the first page of an application deployed against a new managed server.
Despite the deployment's status being Active, accessing the deployment testing URL resulted in a 404 error on the managed server Testing tab.
The issue was observed only on the newly created managed server, while deployments on other existing managed servers are successful.
