Oracle Access Manager (OAM) OAuth ".well-known/openid-configurationURL" Only Shows RS256 (Doc ID 3048943.1)

Symptoms

Changed the Oauth signing algorithm to include RS256 or RS512, which required <PATCH:33471957>. This patch is included in OAM BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.4.240109 and higher.

Now the ".well-known/openid-configurationURL" still shows the below pieces of information:
