File transfer from PS to Thrive and OIC to HCM Cloud are failing

Customer is receiving below error when accessing https://hostname/idcws/GenericSoapPort?wsdl:WSDL

"WSM-06408 : The local policy attachment data for policy subject .

Because of this hdl loads from OIC are failing.

From log noticed,

 

   IO exception "ValidationError [m_errorCode=WSM-02557, m_errorMessage=WSM-02557
