Unable To "give Control" Access To Oracle SQL Developer Using MS Teams (Doc ID 3049598.1)

Symptoms

On a remote machine, it was found that they were unable to control SQLDeveloper version 21.4.3.063, using the Microsoft Teams screen sharing tool.

But, it works for other software on the machine, such as notepad. Zoom exhibits the same behavior as well. It was discovered that this occurs only on certain Windows machines.
