OUD 12c : The "dsconfig" Command using "localhost" as Host Fails with Error: "Unable to connect to the server at localhost on port ADMIN PORT" (Doc ID 3050479.1)

Symptoms

This issue was observed in the base version of OUD 12.2.1.4.

1. The dsconfig command on localhost fails with the below error:

 

NOTE: The example below uses the default admin port of 4444 which exists in all OUD Public Documentation.
           This port can be customized per environment and discovered by viewing the "$OUD_INSTANCE/OUD/config/config.ldif" file or using the $OUD_INSTANCE/OUD/bin/status command.
