After Applying Patch 35131623, Load Plan Execution Duration Is Not Displayed Correctly when the Session Is in Running State (Doc ID 3050566.1)

Symptoms

After applying Patch 35131623 to reflect correct Time zone in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Operator, Load Plan Session Duration is displayed incorrectly like (for example): “59:-39” during the execution. Once the Load Plan execution is complete, the value is displayed correctly.
