Oracle Identity Governance(OIG12c): Recon Schedulers Fail With Error :"IAM-1020021 Unable to execute job" (Doc ID 3050790.1)

Recon schedulers fail with null pointer exception :

Removed old mapping for an attribute , e.g End-Date on the AOB schema mapping.

The corresponding process task( "Change End-Date") remained in design console.

When tried to re-create mapping, following error is encountered : "Already exist task name"

Hence, renamed the process task from design console and recreated the mapping.

After these steps, not able to provision the "End-Date" value to target.
