Dialog popups show the workspace again in 10g (Doc ID 3050861.1)

Symptoms

 The workspace is throwing unexpected error when click on the task on clicking on any action.  It creates a dialog popup window that just shows "Unexpected Error" with the workspace redisplayed in it.
