Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, OSB Transports
While using Database adapter in OSB and having the configuration as below for the outbound connection pool as below, you perform a load test invoking the service we see the current connections against the JNDI going up, however its not shrinking back unless the server is restarted.
Initial Capacity:1
Max Capacity: 300
Capacity Increment: 1
Shrinking Enabled: true
Shrink Frequency Seconds: 60
