Unable to Import using Liquibase when Object Type has Date and Timestamp columns - Error PLS-00103 (Doc ID 3051223.1)

Symptoms

Trying to import the database objects using SQLcl-Liquibase. Below error shows when the object type has Date or Timestamp Columns.
